Zwei chinesische Kampfschulen treten gegeneinander an. Da die Schüler der einen Kampfschule jeden Kampf verlieren, ist deren Meister erzürnt und holt sich zur Unterstützung einen japanischen Ninja-Meister sowie seine Gefolgsleute. Die Ninjas töten die Schüler der anderen Kampfschule, die sich nicht gegen die Ninjutsu-Techniken wehren können. Ebenso wird die Schule zerstört und ihr Meister getötet. Xiao Tian Hao (Ricky Cheng Tien Chi) überlebt als Einziger und sucht nun seinerseits einen alten Ninja-Meister auf, der ihm Ninjutsu beibringen soll, so dass er seinen Meister und seine Freunde rächen kann.

Hongkong 1979. Der eine ist Hu Pao, der eine Kung Fu-Schule betreibt, der andere ist Ling Sao. Chen schleust sich in die Kung Fu-Schule von Hu Pao ein…, doch ermittelt er auch in die andere Richtung, bei Ling Sao. Ling Sao hilft zwar einigen illegalen Migranten, hat aber hinsichtlich der Morde ein absolut wasserdichtes Alibi. Und Hu Pao…, ein skrupelloser Gangster, hetzt seine Killer auf Chen. Es kommt schon bald im Hafenviertel von Hongkong zum brutalen Showdown zwischen Chen und Hu Pao sowie dessen Schergen. Und Ling Sao greift todesmutig in das Geschehen ein.

| 57 years after Ellen Ripley had a close encounter with the reptilian |
| alien creature from the first movie, she is called back, this time, |
| to help a group of highly trained colonial marines fight off against |

| over a space colony on the moon LV-426. When the colonial marines |
| are called upon to search the deserted space colony, they later find |
| out that they are up against more than what they bargained for. |

Harry Tasker führt ein äußerst ungewöhnliches Doppelleben: Gegenüber seiner Familie und seinen Mitmenschen gibt er vor, ein langweiliger Vertreter einer Computerfirma zu sein. Es ist ein alles andere als gemütlicher Morgen in den Dandenong Ranges, einer stark bewaldeten Bergkette im Südosten Australiens, die immer wieder von sintflutartigen Regenfällen heimgesucht wird. An einer Siedlung am Fuße eines Aufstiegs stürzen plötzlich Jill, Beth, Bree und Lauren panisch aus dem Dickicht. Die Frauen frieren, sind komplett durchnässt und teilweise verletzt. Noch viel schlimmer ist allerdings, dass sie die fünfte ihrer Gruppe vermissen: Alice. Die lokale Polizei hat bei der Suche in dem dichten Unterholz große Schwierigkeiten voranzukommen und alarmiert deshalb die Bundesbehörden. Der zuständige Agent Aaron Falk und seine Partnerin Carmen Cooper machen sich auf den Weg, als sich herausstellt, dass die Vermisste eine Whistleblowerin in einem höchst brisanten Fall ist. Mit ihrem letzten Anruf versuchte sie offenbar Falk zu erreichen. Was ist mit Alice geschehen und wer ist für ihr Verschwinden verantwortlich?
