Im Stadtteil „Little Tokyo“ von Los Angeles treibt eine Yakuza-Organisation ihr Unwesen. Ihre zunehmende Macht im internationalen Drogengeschäft ist ebenso beängstigend wie ihre grausamen Rituale, die auf eine mittelalterliche Kriegerkaste zurückgehen. Sergeant Kenner, der die Bande zur Strecke bringen soll, erhält für diesen Auftrag schlagkräftige Unterstützung von Detective Murata . Als Clubsängerin Minako dann auch noch in das Abenteuer verwickelt wird und Kenner obendrein erfährt, dass es sich bei dem Anführer der Yakuza um den Mörder seiner Eltern handelt, spitzt sich die Lage immer weiter zu.

| Detective Chris Kenner was orphaned as a child as his father was in |
| the service and was killed and lived in Japan. Now he is on the |
| trail of ruthless Yakuza leader named Yoshido, who helped establish |

| disguised as a brewery. However, Kenner must team up with a |
| Japanese-American detective named Johnny Murata, and he also must |
| protect a witness named Minako who would testify against Yoshido. |
